Why Fortbridge Exists
Defense, government, corporate, and international clients face the same underlying problem: supply, risk, and protection are usually managed by different teams, different vendors, and different documentation systems—until something goes wrong, at which point the gaps between them become the story.
Fortbridge Solutions was established to close those gaps. We sit at the advisory and program-management layer—assessing the requirement, designing the solution, and coordinating execution across sourcing, risk, and protective disciplines under a single accountable engagement.
We are not a marketplace, a broker, or a guards-for-hire firm. Separation with intent
Regulated and specialist work sits with the entity that holds the authority for it. Fortbridge Solutions does not deliver protective services or build software directly.
Protective operations within Fortbridge programs are delivered by Aegis One Protection, a separately licensed entity. The relationship is structured deliberately: Fortbridge advises, scopes, and program-manages; Aegis One holds the licensing and operational authority for armed and unarmed protective work.
Where an engagement calls for applied AI—automating a supply process, building analysis tooling, or establishing AI governance—that work is delivered by Fortbridge AI, which holds the engineering and governance specialists for it.
This separation matters. It means licensed services are delivered by the licensed entity and specialist work by specialists. It means clients receive clear accountability at each layer. And it means each arm retains its own brand and direct channel for clients who need one discipline without the broader program wrap.
