The relationship is structured deliberately: Fortbridge advises, scopes, and program-manages; Aegis One holds the licensing and operational authority for armed and unarmed protective work.
This separation matters. It means licensed services are delivered by the licensed entity. It means clients receive an integrated program with clear accountability at each layer. And it means Aegis One retains its own independent brand and direct channel for clients who require operational protective services without the broader Fortbridge program wrap.
